Our commission structure is designed to be transparent and rewarding. Agents typically earn between 50-70% commission on the gross margin of each load, depending on the agent's experience, volume, and other factors. Commissions are paid weekly. As your business grows, your commission percentage can increase through our tiered commission structure. As an agent, you'll have access to our cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) that allows you to manage your shipments, track loads, generate reports, and access customer information. You'll also have access to our mobile app for on-the-go management, digital documentation system for paperless operations, real-time load tracking technology, and carrier sourcing tools. We provide comprehensive training on all our systems and ongoing technical support.

The typical onboarding process takes 2-4 weeks from initial application to being fully operational. After your application is approved, we'll schedule training sessions on our systems and processes. We work with you to transfer your existing customers and set up your operations. Our agent development team provides personalized support throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition. There are no upfront fees to join our agent program. We provide the technology, carrier network, insurance, and support at no cost to you. Agents are responsible for their own office space, equipment, and marketing materials. Some agents choose to operate from home initially to minimize costs.
